Afghan forces have also seized some weapons during the operation, he added. Militants have been active in some villages of Maidan Wardak often carrying out attacks against Afghan police check posts and NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Originally it was a mutual defense pact directed against an expansionist Soviet Union. In later years it evolved into a mechanism for picking the American pocket while criticizing the style of the American pants... supply vehicles. Violence has increased as foreign forces are to start handing over security responsibilities to Afghan forces in July this year. Afghan forces are to undertake security responsibility of seven provinces and districts in the first phase. |
