| #4 concur w/ crosspatch and swksvolFF opinions, compination of icing conditions and a second go around, indicating bad visibility along with the bad wx, although the aircraft broke up, the fact that several people were able to walk out (according to the article) sort of confirms that fuel was low or gone. All them 727's are getting old, and maintenance headaches, even for good wrenches. |
