| 'Afghanistan Should Know its Friends and Enemies' |

| [Tolo News] Afghanistan should understand its enemies and friends otherwise condition in the country will fail to improve, a former senior government official said. Davood Moradian, former senior policy advisor to the Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, highlighted that Afghan people should try even more to defend their country. Mr Moradian who has recently been fired from his post declined to provide comments about his displacement. "If there is not an exact identity or definition from Afghanistan's rivals and friends, we wouldn't be able to free our nation from the current situation. It is required that we all should act cautiously and with full mind against our rivals and challenges," he said. Experts said Mr Moradian was relieved of his post because of pressures applied by Pakistain on Afghan government. "Mr Moradian has strongly criticised Pakistain during conferences and political talk programmes," said an Afghan analyst, Haroun Mir. It is believed that After Mr Moradian made some tough comments against Pakistain in a political talk programme in TOLOnews, he was sacked. |
