Nigerian police have arrested 23 more members of a radical Muslim sect responsible for targeted murders in northern Nigeria. The new arrests bring the number of Boko Haram (loosely translated as "Western education is sacrilege") sect members detained to 128.The military have joined the police in patrolling Maiduguri and nearby cities in northeast Nigeria.
