George "Spooky Dude" Soros loses big in Midterms
2010-11-04

The first notable thing is Soros’ funding of the Secretary of State Project — which is basically an attempt to elect Secretaries of State around the country willing to impose Democratic-friendly election laws in an attempt to tilt the playing field in their favor on election day.

Well, yesterday Republicans won 17 of 26 races for Secretary of State taking six of those offices (Arkansas, Ohio, New Mexico, Colorado, Iowa and Kansas) from Democrats. Republicans now control 25 offices to Democrats 22.

And then there was SorosÂ’ backing of a measure in California to put control of redistricting back in the hands of the state legislature, a move that would obviously benefit Democrats. It failed, while another measure to give CaliforniaÂ’s Citizens Redistricting Commission increased authority over redrawing congressional districts succeeded:

#6  Any chance Soros will get fed up with us, decide we are a lost cause, and go bother someone else?

#5  I have always felt that Ian Fleming was prophetic with Ernst Blofeld -- the doppelganger of Soros.

#4  I was wondering though, James, isn't George Soros a FOREIGN NATIONAL?

I believe Mr. Soros is a naturalized American citizen, and has been for the better part of half a century.

#3  George Soros has heavily been criticized for avoiding to pay taxes in the United States. Soros moved his headquarters to the tax free Caribbean country of Curacao, which is outside of the supervision of the United States Government. The Netherlands Antilles has repeatedly been cited by the Task Force on Money Laundering of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) as one of the world's most important centers for laundering illegal proceeds of the Latin American cocaine and other drug traffic. It is a possession of the Netherlands.

#2  As far as I'm concerned, Spooky Dude/Evil Dude can take his billions of stolen boodle with him wherever he goes when he dies.

Or maybe his boodle can just be appropriated and redistributed since he is all about socialism/collectiveism/statism for the rest of us.

#1  Karl,

How are you today?

James,

I am exhausted from tussling with Juan Williams all night on Fox the other night. He may be out at NPR but he is one hard nosed mother for a lib...he's definitely not a lib weinie.

I was wondering though, James, isn't George Soros a FOREIGN NATIONAL? Why is he allowed to donate money to Federal, State and Local officials running for office? I know he does a lot of 527 PAC stuff but giving to state candidates?

Karl,

You are on to something. Soros is definitely up to something.

James, he's probably trying to get the dollar out of balance so he can put it in play like he did the pound and he's currently doing to the Greek Dracama. Any where in the world where you see a currency under attack, Soros is in there somewhere.

Karl,So why is he allowed to donate money to elections if he is a foreign national?

James, you answer that one, you're the dem in the room not me.

Karl, I suppose you're right on that one AGAIN
