Terrorist act prevented in Makhachkala |

(Itar-Tass) -- A terrorist act has been prevented in Makhachkala, Dagestan, the National Counter Terrorism Committee told Itar-Tass. "Gorvodokanal water mains workers found a suspicious plastic bag on Soldatskaya Street at 1:10 p.m. Moscow time on Friday. The police blocked the area, and tenants of nearby houses were evacuated," the committee said.
