| #1 Reuters got the headline wrong and also didn't write up the story very well. What is happening here, I think, is that PRico is bumping up the tax on some multinationals for 2010, then decreasing the bump for the four years after that. The idea is to keep the multinationals in P Rico but also to extract lots of $$ in the short run to help with the balance sheets in the short term. |
