| (KUNA) -- At least three soldiers were killed and two were maimed in a landmine kaboom on Tuesday in northern Pakistain, said officials. A security forces vehicle hit a landmine in Makeen district of South Wazoo tribal agency, security officials told KUNA. They said the kaboom killed three soldiers and maimed two others. Immediately after the incident, said officials, forces launched an operation and targeted suspected Islamic myrmidon hideouts.
