| #4 I've always agreed with Fred on this one. Force-feed them the good stuff. Cakes, pies, ice cream, meat pies, meat loaf, potatoes with gravy, pancakes, eggnog, omelets, cheese whiz, all at least 6000 calories a day. Get them all into the 400 pound range.
