#2  Supreme court nominee Kagan personally represented the 'uphold the law' side in argument.

The 'void the law' side was Breyer, Ginsburg and Sotomayor.

As long as Hamas is on the terrorist list, this is a disincentive for at least some of the pro Hamas groups.
