| #6 Scorched earth works both ways. It allows the other side to rebuild on a new foundation doing away with the institutions that they've spent the long march trying to take control of. Once they debase the ground, its just as easy to clean it to a new base and start over without the disease of the old edifice. Make corrections to the old design to address weaknesses and failures and drive on. |
