US clears 2nd Navy SEAL in Iraqi abuse case |

After a daylong trial and fewer than two hours considering the evidence, Navy Judge Cmdr. Tierny Carlos found Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Keefe of Yorktown, Virginia, not guilty of dereliction of duty, a spokesman said. |

#2 Just a short take-off on the Hassan issue.... I listened to Brigitte Gabriel author of 'They Must Be Stopped' say the other evening that Hasan was "one of 30 Islamic US Military members being watched by the Pentagon." She went on to say that (paraphrasing here) Hasan was viewed as one of the "least troubling." Not sure where she got her informtion. I suspect bits and pieces of the Hasan case will be leaking out over time. |

#1 Two cleared, one to go in this very damaging and colossal waste of time in today's PC riddled military. No dereliction of duty charges for Army brass ignoring warning signs of Hassan going jihad ape-sh*t. Just throw away lines. |
