BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Two gunmen were killed and a third one was arrested in a failed attack in central Baghdad on Tuesday, a police source said.“Three gunmen, driving a modern car, opened fire on a checkpoint in Abu Nawas street in al-Karada region, injuring a policemen,' the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“The policemen responded to the attack, killing two of them and arresting the third,' he added. “Security forces sealed off the whole region."
