#3 Though he's not doing this, as he probably doesn't need to, if there was a legitimate legal argument in this kangaroo court, it would be that "while leftists can create laws, they cannot prohibit the right from legally undoing, or even reversing those laws." The left is, in effect, saying that the laws they create are written in stone, and that the people and their representatives cannot undo what the left has done. |
