| #5 He's mentally ill and not responsible for his actions. All sarcasm aside, I am actually more concerned with addressing the mind-set among the heirarchy that allowed him to be in the position to carry out his attack. And his legal representation should only be to see that he is tried fairly - not to attempt to get him off through legal tricks and maneuvers. And hanging is more appropriate than firing squad. |
