[Kyodo: Korea] North Korean leader Kim Jong Il has expressed readiness to return to the stalled six-party talks on ending Pyongyang"s nuclear ambitions if its relations with the United States improve, the North Korean and Chinese official media said Tuesday. During talks Monday with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Pyongyang, Kim ""expressed our readiness to hold multilateral talks, depending on the outcome of the DPRK-U.S. talks.
