| PRC: Gaza armed groups must form united front |

| Ma'an -- The An-Nasser Salah Ad-Din Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, put out a call on Saturday for Palestinian resistance groups to form a united front to respond to a recent Israeli attack. The group urged resistance groups to put aside their political differences in order to respond to the Israeli airstrike that killed three fighters, members of Islamic Jihad, in Gaza on Friday. In a statement the An-Nasser Brigades also called for the formation of a permanent, central operation room with a unified leadership for all the armed groups in order to coordinate the fight against Israeli forces. The statement also said that the factions are prepared to respond to a possible Israeli escalation in attacks. |
