| Mexican Dies of Swine Flu Next Day after Meeting Obama |

| ObamaÂ’s Visit The first case was seen in Mexico on April 13. The outbreak coincided with the President Barack ObamaÂ’s trip to Mexico City on April 16. Obama was received at MexicoÂ’s anthropology museum in Mexico City by Felipe Solis, a distinguished archeologist who died the following day from symptoms similar to flu, Reforma newspaper reported. The newspaper didnÂ’t confirm if Solis had swine flu or not. |

| #2 That anthropology museum in Chapultepec Park is kick ass. That is where they keep the good stuff, like Tutankhamen quality artwork, you can't even see in books. One thing that blew me away was a 15' tall stone statue of the god Tlaloc, a Lovecraftian monstrosity. Start with an Arnold body, with a split head and big tentacles coming out of the ears. At the time, the thought crossed my mind that the sucker would really fill up the collection plate. None of the images you can GIS come anywhere close to how hideous that H. R. Giger alien looked. Seriously, the only way to be sure with a monster like that is to nuke it from space. |
