 [Kyodo: Korea] U.S. President Barack Obama laid out an ambitious vision for a world without nuclear weapons Sunday, saying the United States will take the lead in doing so as the only country that has used one. Delivering a speech in the Czech capital, he branded nuclear arms ŽŽthe most dangerous legacy of the Cold WarŽŽ and blasted North Korea for launching a rocket earlier in the day in a suspected test of a Taepodong-2 long-range ballistic missile. |
