Indeed. My own animal Al Gore cutouts certainly reduce scat, but fortunately without prompting a police Suzuki.
Speaking just for myself, I'd really like to see someone market a line of cutouts that scare away global warming experts. The guy who comes up with that could takedown my Suzuki any time he wants to.
