#3 My guess is that they ended up giving away a lot of the tickets they couldn't sell, and then claimed they sold out. And many of the people who got free tickets had no interest in attending. |

#2 Others said the more strict visa restrictions in place this year could be keeping foreign ticket holders away. I gather it's been doing a fairly decent job of keeping business visitors away as well. |
