| The police on Saturday arrested Muahmmad Zahid, leader of a banned organisation from Sargodha, and seized explosives from his possession, Express News reported. According to the channel, the police also arrested three people in a raid at a godown in Muridke and recovered 31 cartons of explosives. The arrested men told the police that they used the seized explosives in manufacturing fireworks. The police took the three to an unknown location for interrogation. Also, according to Channel 5, the police arrested 4 alleged would-be suicide bombers from Khala Bat Township area of Haripur. |
