(VOI) - Seven civilians were wounded in an attack targeting an Interior Ministry senior official in central Mosul, a Ninewa police source said. “A hand grenade was hurled at the Interior Ministry director for tribal affairs Brig. Gen Abdel Hussein’s motorcade in Sarajkhana district, central Mosul, leaving seven individuals, including Hussein's official bodyguards, wounded,” a Ninewa police source, who requested anonymity, told Aswat al-Iraq – Voices of Iraq – (VOI). “The Interior official was not in the motorcade at the time of the attack,” the source added.
