| French court decides in Al Durah defamation case - the good guys won! |

| The court ruled that while the defendant Karsenty's charges of deliberately inflammatory video presentation of the little adventures of Mohammed Al Durah, his father, and an Israeli bullet by Monsieur Ederlein and France2 were indeed defamatory, an investigation of the evidence revealed that the defendant was justified in criticizing them for what they chose to do. It seems Ederlein and France2 plan to take this all the way to the highest court in France.
