| #1 A company like Victoria Secrets makes to much cash to steal a design and deal with this bad publicity. They will have a papertrail showing who came up with the idea internally. the only problem is if the dates are really close giving reasonable doubt. If that happens I expect Victoria Secrets to open their checkbook and make the problem go away. |
