Taliban warn govt against operations |

Militants have warned the government that they would resume fighting if it does not stop the military operations in Swat, South Waziristan and other Tribal Areas. Taliban spokesman Maulvi Omar told reporters on the phone that they [Taliban] had nothing to do with the kidnapping of Tariq Azizuddin, Pakistan’s ambassador to Afghanistan. He said the government had violated the “ceasefire”. |
