In most states in America, with the exclusion of the sophisticated and elite Euro blue colonies, that is carnal knowledge and there is no need for anyone else other than the local prosecutor to pursue it. No need for a complaint by the female or the family. They can toss into the mix, endangerment and providing alcohol to minors in the package for any adult with complacency in the matter. However, this case being Euro in nature, I'm sure it'll be some social education and excuse making. |
