| #2 A few months ago China un-froze its oil prices after spot shortages developed. Chinese refiners had been cutting back on refining rather than lose money on their sales. Now that the leaders have backtracked, look for the same problems to magically re-appear. The article implies that Chinese plastic bag production accounts for almost a week's worth of Chinese oil consumption per year. |
