| #2 It's not clear that this bill does not open ALL illegal immigrants up for amnesty - there is no requirement of proof of having met the various timeframe hurdles, potentially just the immigrant's word. There is one category of amnesty I will support - a request accompanied by an Honorable Discharge from the US military. |
