| #2 These folks used to have nukes (some bright folks saw what was coming and gave them up in 1991). The IAEA and their ilk may think they had a hand in this, but was and is still my belief that de Klerk and the crew saw what the future was going to foist on the subcontinent in the way of politics and governments and decided to take away a really big threat. I may not have always agreed with the de Klerk government policies, but I commend them for this choice. |
