In a move that is certain to discredit Pakistan Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry before the Supreme Judicial Council meets on April 3 to decide his fate, Gulf News has learnt the main charges against the controversial judge centre on a series of irregular promotions he arranged for his son.The reference filed against Chaudhry by President General Pervez Musharraf to the SJC, to which Gulf News has exclusive access, lists 35 charges include assembling a fleet of cars, demanding special flights and
