Kenya deports dozens Islamist suspects to Mogadishu

(SomaliNet) At least 20 prisoners linked with the ousted Islamists have been deported on Sunday from Kenya to Somalia capital Mogadishu after being held in the Kenyan custody since January. A plane carrying the prisoners flew today from Nairobi heading to Mogadishu, Somalia capital.

The government officials did not give details about the deported detainees but some reports say that the prisoners reached Mogadishu and were taken to unknown destination.
Perhaps a few ended up at Ice Station Zebra.
Earlier Kenya extradited 74 suspects to the interim government in Somalia in two flights. This brings the figure of deported Islamists to 94 as no one knows where they are being held in Somalia.
