| WoT or run of the mill thugs? The group of "Armed Men" is not identified. Moving this to 'non-WoT', as it's much more likely to be thugs. Kidnapping oil workers is pretty common there; they get released in a day or two after the oil company pays off. Still important for us to know about it. |

| #2 I read in some other blog/article/somewhere that Putin is putting a lot of pressure on Shell back in the Motherland. Is it possible that the not-so-former USSR is fomenting/financing the Delta festivities? |
