h/t LGF.MADRID, Spain - Acting on more than a year of surveillance, police commandos in the Spanish African enclave of Ceuta arrested at least 11 suspected Islamic militants Tuesday, saying the men had moved from "fanatic discussions" to concrete plans to carry out attacks.
The men — 10 Spaniards and a Moroccan — were detained in pre-dawn raids and included two brothers of a former detainee at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
