Explosions in SW Pakistan wound 9 |

(KUNA) At least nine persons were wounded three of them critically on Sunday in twin bomb explosions in two different areas of Southwest Pakistan, said Police. A home-made bomb went off in a shop in Barkhan area, about 340 kilometers east of Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province, police sources told KUNA. They said the explosion wounded nine persons and three of them are said to be in critical condition. In a related incident, a bomb went off near a government office in Naushki area, 140 kilometers northwest of Quetta, on Saturday night, said sources. They said there was no life loss but the explosion shattered windowpanes of several buildings. |
