MULTAN: Jatoi police have arrested three members of a punchayat (village council) that ruled earlier this week that an alleged rapist of an eight-year-old girl must marry his 16-year-old sister to the 65-year-old father of the raped girl. Mukhtar MaiÂ’s brother reportedly headed the punchayat that consisted of 13 members.
