Jerusalem police arrested a young Palestinian woman who planned a stabbing attack in the capital city on Saturday afternoon, Israel Radio reported. The Issawiya resident, arrested on downtown Jerusalem's Hanevi'im Street, was carrying a large knife.She told police she intended to attack a Jews.
