Police have arrested 12 Nigerians in Amsterdam and Zaandam suspected of internet fraud in an operation that also involved the US Postal Service. Many of the fraudsters victims came from the US. The US had sought the extradition of four suspects. The other Nigerians were wanted in the Netherlands, said Dutch police, who did not rule out more arrests. The police operation began in September last year and culminated in raids on Tuesday on a Zaandam apartment and seven houses in Amsterdam.
