| The members of the banned Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) have threatened to blow up the Rupsha police station of Khulna district. The threat came in a letter addressed to the Officer-in-Charge of Rupsha police station, said the duty-officer of the thana Sub-Inspector Wahiduzzaman this evening. JMB members have also threatened to shoot to death the OC and 2 to 3 Sub-Inspectors of the PS, added SI Wahiduzzaman. The letter also mentioned that the JMB members would carry out the threats at the dictates of their leaders. The sender of the letter has identified himself only as the commander of the outfit. |
