#3 EY: apparently the ball now is supposed to be in China's court I beg to differ. The Chinese will now seek concrete expressions of Japan's remorse, such as territorial concessions or additional monetary compensation (on top of the tens of billions in aid the Japan has handed out to China alone). |

#2 See here for the upside for Japan's part -- apparently the ball now is supposed to be in China's court, and the continued protests have become politically unviable for the gov't, yet they can't stop it, so they look weak (unable to control the protesters) and not fanatically xenophobic enough for the protesters ... |

#1 First, the US had to 'lick boots' for the Chi-coms, to get our people back during the EP3 intercept fiasco, a few years ago; now the Japanese are 'licking boots' in this contrived excuse for riotous behavior fermented by the Chi-coms again! Just how much longer will it be before those same 'boots' start stomping on the west's imperialistic behavior, as seen by China? |
