| #1 Mr. Dzurinda grew up under Communism, so he understands the need to put tyrants out of business. Mr. Chirac did not grow up under repression, because American and British soldiers came to France's aid when the venal and corrupt Third Republic failed to keep the Nazis out. This may explain some of the differences in perspective. |
