| At Least 70 Killed in Iraq Attacks |

| Insurgent attacks in Iraq Tuesday have killed nearly 70 people and injured many more. The worst attack was a car bomb explosion outside a police training center in Baghdad. At least 47 people, mostly new recruits, were killed and more than 100 wounded. A few hours later, a second explosion rocked the capital. At least one person was wounded in the blast that appeared to target a convoy of Westerners. To the north, in Baquba, at least 11 Iraqi policemen and their civilian driver were killed in a drive-by shooting. Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's terror network claimed responsibility for the two police-related attacks. In the Sunni Muslim town of Ramadi, at least 10 people were killed in clashes between insurgents and U.S. troops.
