2 more Japanese believed abducted in Iraq |

The government is trying to confirm a report that two more Japanese nationals have been abducted in Iraq, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda said Thursday. The two are believed to be freelance journalist Junpei Yasuda, 30, and Nobutaka Watanabe, 36, a member of a citizens organization, according to a journalists’ organization that received the report. (cont.) I looks like the terrorists needed some less cooperative subjects for their little blackmail drama. |
