| Katyusha squad belonged to PFLP-GC |

| Haven't heard from them in awhile... Ahmed Jibril's Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command has confirmed that a squad preparing to launch Katyusha rockets that was hit in an IAF strike on Tuesday night belonged to the group. At least one terrorist was killed and another seriously wounded as they were setting up rocket launcher near Shakra in south Lebanon. The organization, in a statement issued from its headquarters in Damascus, claimed the squad had managed to fire rockets, in retaliation for the killing of Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, before it was hit in the air strike. Israel, however, said no rockets were fired. |
