| Russiaâs Deputy Prosecutor-General Vladimir Kolesnikov announced on Tuesday that the perpetrators of the terrorist act in Kaspiysk, Dagestan on May 9, 2002 and their accomplices have been formally charged and their case will go to court in late January.
