| Israeli soldiers shot and killed two Palestinians in separate confrontations in the Gaza Strip on Friday, the military and Palestinians said. At the heavily guarded first clue that it might be a tough target, fool Erez crossing point between the strip and Israel, a Palestinian hurled two hand grenades at Israeli border policemen.
