According to details, 22 Hizb e Islami members were arrested in the chain of events. Don't know if this is the same series of arrests we reported the other day... A group consisting of secret members of Northern Alliance was sent from Kabiul to Kandahar to carry out operations during the time that an important Hizb e Islami’s delegation under the leadership of Engineer Qutb ud Din Hilal was present in Kabul.
