| Kingdom never funded terrorists, says Turki |

| Former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Turki Al-Faisal said Wednesday his country never paid terrorists. "Ah never had sex with that woman..." In a CNN interview, Turki answered, âabsolutely notâ when asked if any member of the Saudi royal family had âever given any money to terrorist groups, or funneled money to another organization that led to terrorist groups.â "... not once!" âI quote (US) Secretary (of the Treasury Paul) OâNeill, who has said he is very happy with what Saudi Arabia is doing, that it is cooperating with the United States and that it is doing all it can to arrest these money trails and prevent them,â he said. "We just haven't found any yet..." Turki, who has been nominated as his countryâs ambassador to Britain, said the Kingdom âhas always stood by its principles of safeguarding innocent lives wherever they are and whoever they are. "Infidels, by definition, don't have innocent lives..." âWe have definitely fought terrorists, have brought some of them to justice and executed them. We have suffered at the hands of terrorists and we have never paid anybody blood money.â "Look how we've cracked down on alk runners! There ain't nobody represents more of a danger than alk runners!"" Asked if Saudi Arabia would provide logistical support in the event of military action against its northern neighbor, Iraq, Turki said it would. âIâm not in a position to say whether this would be in the form of air bases or overflights. But I would definitely urge my government and my people to extend their fullest support to any UN action vis-a-vis Iraq.â "Otherwise we're gonna eventually find ourselves out of our princely jobs, and churches, synagogues, titty bars and discos in Mecca..." However, he said the Kingdom would âdefinitely notâ support action by the United States alone because âthe UN is the world body that oversees all these matters and has done so quite equitably in the past and hopefully in the future.â "We'll keep trying to nail the American foot to the floor, or at least put a bucket on it..." Meanwhile, Britain said yesterday it had accepted the appointment of Prince Turki as ambassador to Britain but said no start date had been fixed for his posting. "Hi! I'm the Soddy ambassador!
