| Car bomb kills little girl in Spain... |

| A little girl was reportedly killed and police said several others were injured when a car bomb exploded in front of a military police barracks in southeastern Spain Sunday. Police sources said the car bomb exploded shortly after 8:30 pm. in the town of Santa Pola. Witnesses and officials said several people who were waiting at a nearby bus stop were treated for injuries and taken to the hospital. Police cordoned off surrounding streets for fear there was another car bomb in the area. Santa Pola is a tourist resort town located on Spain's southeastern coast some 252 miles from Madrid and is packed with tourists in the month of August. Lotsa people to kill, from all over Europe. A veritable terrorist's feast! Although the cause of the blast had still to be confirmed, the Basque separatist group ETA has frequently used car bombs as part of its 32-year-old campaign for Basque independence. Some 800 people have been killed in their campaign. Other suspect groups include... ummmm... |
