| IDF yesterday revealed that during a raid on West Bank Preventive Security Service chief Jibril Rajoub's headquarters in Beitunya, soldiers arrested Salim Mahmoud Salim Hajah, a senior Hamas operative responsible for numerous shooting attacks in which scores of Israelis were killed. According to the army, Hajah coordinated activities between Hamas cells in the Ramallah area and Samaria, and was in charge of a bomb factory in Nablus. He was responsible for many suicide attacks in Israel, including the Sbarro pizzeria suicide bombing in Jerusalem, and was involved in the bombing at the Dolphinarium in Tel Aviv. |
